I remember my mother hosting Tupperware parties and how special those parties were. Once I started my own family,
I also started hosting Tupperware parties. Since that day, I’ve met many lovely people and made lasting friendships. Coming from a large family, I know how important it is for everyone to come together and share a delicious meal. It makes people feel more connected and lets them share their ideas, recipes and experiences with others. For me, Tupperware is a way to relax, spend time with other people and recharge my batteries. My spouse is very supportive and whenever I need some time for my work, he kindly takes care of our three wonderful children.

Why I chose this Recipe:
My focus was on presenting a Slovenian superfood. I combined it with simple vegetables and a fish that tends to be out of most people’s comfort zones. I chose simple ingredients and tried to make the most of them in terms of taste and presentation.
