Recipe: Raisin oat and yoghurt muffins

Ingredients

  • 125 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder (± 5 ml)
  • 75 g sugar
  • 75 g raisins
  • 30 g oats
  • 1 egg (medium sized)
  • 4 tbsp oil (± 60 ml)
  • 75 g yoghurt
  • 6 muffins

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / Th 6 in fan assisted mode.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, raisins and oats in the EZ Mix N Store 2L.
  3. Add the egg, oil and yoghurt and mix using the Silicone Spatula until you have a consistent dough.
  4. Place the SBF Tupcake on a cold oven rack. Divide the dough between the 6 cavities.
  5. Bake for approx. 20 min.
  6. Allow to stand for 5 min. before unmolding.

Tip: For even more delicious muffins, before baking, sprinkle each muffin with a pinch of sugar and oats.
