Recipe: Pistachio Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 100 g pistachio paste or 100 g very finely
  • chopped pistachios
  • 150 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 250 g heavy cream, very cold
  • 50 g chopped pistachios
  • 6 people

PREPARATION

  1. In the EZ mix N Store 1L, mix the pistachio paste and the condensed milk using the KPT Beater.
  2. Using the Speedy Chef, whip the cream until stiff. Add the condensed milk and pistachio mixture and gently mix with the Silicone Spatula.
  3. Pour the contents of the Speedy Chef into the Freezer Mates Medium Low 1L, top with the chopped pistachios.
  4. Freeze for at least 8 hr.
