Ingredients

  • 50g Parmesan cheese
  • 30g pine nuts or walnuts
  • A dozen basil leaves
  • ½ garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper
  • 60 ml olive oil

Preparation

  1. Put Parmesan, pine nuts or walnuts, basil, garlic into the Herb Chopper and chop finely.
  2. Salt lightly, pepper, add olive oil and mix a few seconds.

Ideal for pasta, steamed or grilled fish, raw vegetables.
