Recipe: Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • tbsp mustard (± 45 ml)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 300 ml oil (sunflower or canola)
  • 15 ml vinegar

Preparation

  1. Using the Extra Chef fitted with the whisk, mix the egg yolks, the mustard, salt and pepper.
  2. Using the funnel on the cover, add the oil progressively while whisking.
  3. Finish the mayonnaise by adding the vinegar.
