Recipe: Chocolate spread

Ingredients

  • 100 g hazelnuts
  • 100 g dark chocolate (70% cacao)
  • 150 g margarine
  • 400 ml sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

1. Grate the hazelnuts using the FusionMaster Grater: Coarse Cone.
2. Break the chocolate into pieces and divide the margarine into large chunks. Place both in the MicroCook Pitcher 1L, cover and microwave for 1 min. 30 sec. at 600 watts.
3. Add the sweetened condensed milk and hazelnuts, and stir.
4. Allow the mixture to solidify in the refrigerator.
